I heard about tapping through a teacher about 5 years ago. I went to the tapping solution website to learn more. I’ve read voraciously and have been deeply and profoundly influenced and inspired by the many wisdom traditions and paths to wellness, wholeness and enlightenment that are out there.I have to say that tapping has been the one “hands on†method that has been the most effective at creating real and lasting change. And the beauty of it is that it is compatible with and can and should be used with whatever other systems, approaches or paths you have chosen.This latest book (I used both the audio and hard copy on my journey) provided a 21 day, go at my own pace program to work through issues in my life that have been keeping me from achieving my goals and dreams and being my best self. I had several break-throughs and revelations along the way.It’s done so simply and practically and Nick has such a gift for compassion, humor and insight that it leads you to your own personal discovery and self-healing. I've been doing tapping work with Nick Ortner for about 6 months or so, I've kind of lost track. This process has helped me to clear away many things from my past that I have not been able to let go of through any other methods, such as ignoring, trying to out-run, sleeping, avoiding, etc, I'm sure this resonates with many. This process of tapping along with Nick makes overcoming problems achievable and the relief is so sweet once you realize you have popped that particular bubble on an issue that has clung to you and made you miserable for years. Left undealt with, these old hurts and issues affect our lives for the worse, bringing us down, wearing us down, increasing anxiety, fearfulness, sadness and even leading to depression. Nick offers a true way out and help in gaining control over the things that weigh us down, healing even childhood traumas, leaving us free to become, truly, our best selves. For the first time in a long time, I'm hopeful for a better tomorrow. I am grateful to Nick for his work.
I have been following EFT tapping since early 2000 but recently have really applied myself with The Tapping Solution and tapping and learning more about tapping in the past 2 years and it has really created positive changes in my life and how I cope with stress and issues.I pre ordered this book months ago and it came today (Today is the release date). I am so excited to have this book. I have been enjoying the bonuses that Hay House threw in.I have been listening to the audio book and am very happy with the content of this book.Paging through the book I love that the tapping scripts are in the appendix. Having the tapping scripts in the appendix will make it so easy for me to find the scripts when I want to tap to them again.I highly recommend this book. I have been tapping for a long time and I found the explanation of what tapping is very good for a beginner and for someone like me who is familiar with tapping.
"I can relax and feel safe in my body!" Nick Ortner I thank you and Jessica so much! I have all your books except one. I have 2 Tapping summits and I am on social security disability, so that's not a lot of money I get from disability each month but I budget and sometimes eat beans so I can get the things I need like tapping items and my therapeutic grade essential oils, both of these keep me calm and grounded. I have gained so much weight on bipolar medicine, tell Jessica I listen to her Tapping for weight loss while I take a bath (I use to just rush through my baths and not enjoy them, now I take the time to tap while I bath and now love my baths). When I got Your manifesting your greatest self book, I downloaded it to my computer, then I went to audibles and downloaded it to my phone and listen to it while I work out at the gym. It helps me stay on the exercising equipment longer and I want you to know I no longer have panic attacks. They use to frighten me so much, I felt like I was dying. It feels good to have more peace in my life. I have been losing weight, I feel great knowing that anytime I begin to feel anxious no matter where I am all I have to do is Pick up my hands and start tapping. I tap while I am riding the bike at the gym, I don't worry about other people wondering what I am doing. If they ask I will tell them what I am doing,it's called EFT tapping! I tell everyone I know Nick to look you up and start tapping. Tapping has saved my life, I love when you say "feeling safe in my body," because for years I didn't feel safe in my body and now I do.
